State v. Wilson

IN THE SUPREME COURT STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA

December 15, 2009

STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE
v.
W.J. WILSON, JR., DEFENDANT AND APPELLANT

Appeal from the District Court of Ward County, Northwest Judicial District, the Honorable Gary H. Lee, Judge.

Per curiam.

AFFIRMED.

[¶1] W.J. Wilson, Jr. appeals from district court judgments entered after a jury found him guilty of reckless endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. On appeal, Wilson argues there was insufficient evidence for a jury to find him guilty of the crimes. We conclude sufficient evidence exists to support the verdicts and summarily affirm the judgments under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
