Koropatnicki v. State

IN THE SUPREME COURT STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA

April 2, 2009

FREEMAN KOROPATNICKI, PETITIONER AND APPELLANT
v.
STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA, RESPONDENT AND APPELLEE

Appeal from the District Court of Stustman County, Southeast Judicial District, the Honorable John E. Greenwood, Judge.

Per curiam.

AFFIRMED.

[¶1] Freeman Koropatnicki appealed from an order denying his amended application for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Koropatnicki argues that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial, on his previous appeal, and in his post-conviction proceedings; that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction; that he was denied due process of law and fundamental fairness; and that the trial judge was biased against him. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
